For sewer line issues, we always perform camera inspection first so you see exactly what’s happening inside your pipes before we recommend any repair.
When do you recommend hydro jetting?
Hydro jetting is ideal when drain snaking clears a clog but it keeps coming back — because snaking only pokes a hole through the blockage while hydro jetting scours the entire pipe wall completely clean. We recommend it for recurring kitchen drain blockages from grease buildup, slow drains caused by mineral scale (especially common in the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita where water is very hard), and as a pre-treatment before CIPP pipe lining to ensure the liner bonds to a clean pipe wall. We always run camera inspection before hydro jetting to confirm the pipe is structurally sound.
